MB ROBA Fentech ORBITAL, fully automatic sanding machine

Designed for sanding individual wooden components in window manufacturing, it is suitable for the following applications:

- Fine wood sanding
- Impregnation sanding
- Intermediate lacquer sanding

Advantages of the ROBA Fentech principle:
- Automatic workpiece detection via scanner at the machine infeed
- Motorized positioning of sanding units
- Oscillating side units optimize abrasive utilization
- 400 mm sanding tool diameter optimizes sanding quality
- Angled profiles are sanded at their optimal angle
- Can be used as a through-feed machine or in reversing mode for one-person operation
- Vacuum transport system for processing short parts
- Enclosed design for enhanced workplace safety and a dust-free environment
