Cycle-controlled dressing

Machine operation

The clear software was specially developed for the CUBE. Thanks to the
intuitive operation, training is not necessary.

What can the CUBE software do:
- Lightning-fast setting of the workpiece dimensions

The last 10 dimensions are saved and can be repeated if necessary. - stepless

Energy saving
------------------------------------
Flow-optimized suction hoods and specially
developed tools with a ventilation effect reduce the
required suction power in the machine by more than 60%.
By eliminating interfering edges, the
energy introduced from the cutting process sends the chips into a
flow-optimized curved path and sucks them away.
This reduces the required air speed from
approx. 34 m/s to approx. 20 m/s and the flow resistance from
approx. 2200 PA to approx. 1000 PA.
